Really good stay, ideal location

prime location easy access historical center breakfast variety

I found the location fantastic. It allowed easy access to many restaurants, cafes, and the historical center, all within walking distance. Getting to museums, like Skansen and Vasa, was convenient due to the nearby bus stop. I recommend this hotel for its prime location and accessibility. The BREAKFAST variety also stood out.

the staff required ME to specify when i wanted my room cleaned, something i found slightly inconvenient, especially since I had expected a more proactive approach to daily upkeep.

The underground access was convenient. I found the breakfast selection excellent, it offered a great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel.

The room temperature was a little low.

decent stay near the metro

great location nice variety helpful staff limited cleaning unpleasant smell

the location was great, right next to the metro station. the breakfast offered a nice variety of food. i appreciated that the staff were friendly and helpful (especially when i needed directions).

A power drill sound was noticeable in my room from 9 am. the cleaning was only upon request. Otherwise, the room wasn't serviced. some guests complained about a smell on one side of the hotel, and i heard about it.

the staff assisted with my request for a room change. they upgraded me to a room with a nice window. breakfast was included, i liked it was free. the hotel has a bar, i went there in the evening.

there was no refrigerator in the room.

I found the staff helpful. They assisted with directions and local tips. breakfast offered a good variety including options for different dietary needs. i also appreciated the proximity to the metro.

the gym equipment seemed a little outdated. but it was still usable.
